Tailored strength training designed for clients seeking exclusive sessions with 100% personalized attention and wavering focus to achieve their peak strength and optimal health.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

Increase speed, power and strength in preparation for your season/event. Collegiate-level athletic performance coaching, from middle school, to college athletes and beyond through our personalized 1:1 coaching sessions or semi-private group options.

PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM

Specialized strength training guidance during pregnancy to prepare for one of life’s biggest events and bridging the gap between medical clearance and return to physical activity postpartum. Child friendly sessions upon request.

LADIES SMALL GROUPS

We aim to help ladies become the healthiest, most confident and strongest versions of themselves. Traditional strength training programming framework with a focus on pelvic floor strength modified and adapted to suit the abilities of each class goer.

MEET THE COACH

Caro Tripp is a Certified Strength and Conditioning, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Training Specialist. After earning her Master's Degree in Exercise Science, working as a DII strength and conditioning coach for the past 4 years, and becoming a new mom, she is enthusiastic about enhancing resources for athletes, moms, and all members of the Marquette community.


Her experience as an athlete and strength and conditioning professional transitioning to motherhood has especially inspired her to become a valuable resource and guide for pregnant and postpartum mothers in their strength training journey. She has personally dealt with pregnancy-related pelvic pain and a traumatic birth, giving her a deep understanding of the importance of high-quality pelvic floor and strength training in improving the well-being of expecting and new mothers.
